Sciatica, tight lower back, tight hips, tight piriformis and tight IT band… no matter what it is… it is no picnic!

Sometimes we have all the above, sometimes 1 or 2 and sometimes sciatica can be confused with tightness in the piriformis or tightness in the iliotibial (IT) band.

In this video, Renee explains in-depth and uses Yin Yoga postures to help get relief from pain. Don’t expect a 1 and done miracle, however, she does talk A LOT in this video because it is educational!

I suggest venturing into her other Yin Yoga videos to get a variety and more relaxation!

You can start to find some relief sooner than later… the more you try these stretches and hip openers.

SECRET: It is up to YOU… YOU have to take the time to do these videos and it is only YOUR BODY that suffers if you do not!

If you are super tight, there is no instant gratification, but there are things we can do to ease the suffering.

You have nothing to lose and so much to gain by working into the full range of movement in the hips with hip openers and finding inner rotation as well, lengthening your hamstrings, the iliotibial (IT) band, and piriformis and all the muscles around the lower body.
