hOMe of Yummy Self Care

Easy to put together… or you can find a distributor… but for DIY:

Buy in bulk or in your seasonings isle:
Cumin
Coriander
Fennel

Add 1/2 teaspoon of each to a tea ball or leave them loose and strain after boiling.

Add to 4-5 cups of boiling hot water.

Boil for 10 minutes.

Strain and serve.

Since this will make more than one mug, store in a thermos to keep hot and drink throughout the day.

If you don’t want to get up to PEE in the middle of the night, resist drinking before bedtime!

Only if needed you can add a bit of honey.
~OR~
I actually like to add some sea salt! Because my body always needs some electrolytes, helps me avoid sweetener and it tastes more like a broth to me this way and is very comforting, especially in the winter or cool days.
