Performed visual and functional QA testing for a complex web app designed for coaches and student-athletes. The platform included multiple user types (admins, schools, teams, type of sport, coaches, teachers, students, parents) with varying permission levels, as well as onboarding, statistics, and graphing tools to track athletic and academic progress. I ensured user-friendly navigation, consistent content and terminology, and accurate permission mapping, recognizing that coaches and students often have limited time and technical expertise.
