Meditation is probably easier than you think! And you don’t have to be a guru to do it.
I break down a couple of myths or misconceptions about meditation.
I give you suggestions to make it easier, accessible and comfortable!
Meditation helps us find clarity of thought… to do that you don’t have to completely clear your thoughts.
We just need to pick our priorities, let go of multitasking and stop jumping from one thought to another like a monkey in a tree!
