Whether you don’t have time to go to a studio class or maybe studio yoga just isn’t for you.
No matter your excuse, yoga is within your reach, you just have to make it happen.
Yoga can be anything you want it to be from just taking the time to breathe, laugh or standing on your head! You don’t need to be an athlete, flexible or in shape to benefit from a home practice.

- The breathing exercise is for all levels and no physical practice is needed, just a safe place to ground down and close your eyes for best results!
- The guided Sun A, since it is a quick 15 minutes, there is very little time for posture break-down and specific cuing. This audio does assume some knowledge of the basic foundational poses included in a Sun A, but not a strong knowledge. Included poses are childs pose, down dog, rag-doll (forward fold), half-way lift, tadasana (standing tall) and the vinyasa link of a chatarunga-dandasana (high to mid-plank) with the upward facing dog to down dog. If you knows these postures and terms then you are good to go and enjoy.
- The Home Practice PDF is downloadable and can be printed if you are visual person that can follow written directions well. This sequence is designed to be 15 minutes in length, but since it is a downloadable guide you can view at anytime, then really you could make it any length you want. It includes different options for different body types, capabilities and intentions.
